Today, because of the holiday season, I am sharing a little gift with you, and that is the story of the Mantis Shrimp, told with whimsical and informative illustrations in almost picture book fashion, but not necessarily for small children. It has a bit of everything: science, drama, beauty, cartoons, and even a surprise ending. This is a short, fun little piece by the The Oatmeal, aka Matthew Inman. He is a talented comic artist and author who lives in Seattle, and I enjoy his work thoroughly. I hope you do, too!
