Hear ye, Hear ye! We need your legal questions!

Do you have a question about contracts, structuring your business, or copyright and intellectual property? If so, send it to MDDEWV@SCBWI.ORG before the conference. Attorney Razvan Miutescu will give an overview based on your interests during his presentation “The Arts from a Legal Perspective.” We must emphasize, this is an overview, not specific legal advice! He will also introduce us to the pro bono services of Maryland Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.

Razvan Miutescu is an attorney at the law firm Gorman and Williams. His business practice focuses on providing outside general counsel services primarily to financial institutions and technology companies. In his litigation practice, he represents and counsels clients in Maryland state and federal courts, as well as clients with operations on a national level. Razvan is a board member and volunteer attorney for the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. He lectures on a regular basis to entrepreneurs through programs of the Maryland Small Business Development Center and the Women Entrepreneurs of Baltimore.
