Announcing the Winner of the Jack Reid Memorial Scholarship for a Writer

I am very happy to announce that Benjamin Anderson is the winner of the 2012 Jack Reid Memorial Scholarship for a Writer for his submission of The McGunnegal Chronicles, the first of a middle grade fantasy series.  Ben receives free registration to our “Creating Sparks: Kindle the Fire of Imagination” 2-day conference on July 14 & 15, 2012.

This year we are fortunate to also recognize to two runners-up.

Diane Glewwe receives a free critique for her submission, The Summer’s Tale, a story of Susanna Shakespeare.

Miranda McClain receives a free critique for her submission, Dinosaur Pirates In Space, a picture book.

Congratulations to all three of you, and I look forward to seeing you at the conference!

I hope to announce the winners of the Jack Reid Memorial Scholarship for an Illustrator this weekend.
